Notice on these lists the massive numbers of porn slaves being killed accidentally on purpose. Why is that? Catfish and I came up with some reasons:

You are not owed film royalties if you're dead (this was mentioned by Randy Quaid)
You probably know too much about the "industry," might escape it and start opposing it like Shelly Lubben
You may have been raped/compromised as a blackmail handle for your fame and might start talking about it like Corey Haim

If the man doesn't kill you, the constant rape and drugging will. From Shelly Lubben: chlamydia and gonorrhea among performers is ten times more common than in LA County 20-24 year olds and 66% of porn performers have herpes. [1]

All things considered, their average life span was found to be 37.4 years. Kinda makes you think porn ain't so glamorous and fame ain't so fun, don't it?
